Hello World!

Wow! I can't believe I can still log into my blog. It's been forever and I thought for sure I'd have been kicked out of the blogging world. We are still alive though and a new computer has inspired me to start posting again. (I guess that combined with the fact that we're moving to Hawaii in 2 weeks and will only be connected to most of you through the digital world...) Life in the Richards home hasn't been too exciting as of late. Our days are filled with errands and chores to get ready for the migration. It has actually been nice that we don't have a car to load up this year. Just suitcases. It definitely makes packing a whole lot easier! Gordon spends most of his time getting his office ready for the summer. Tyler doesn't really care what's going on as long as he can play. I've been determined this year to get projects done and crafts finished before we leave and I've been able to finish almost everything on my list- amazingly!! I've got a bag full of travel toys that I've been collecting to hopefully occupy a 2-year-old during a 6 hour flight but I'm not getting my hopes up too high that they'll actually entertain him for that long. I feel like with the combined brain power of most of the moms I know we've been able to come up with some pretty great travel ideas. (Post coming...sometime.) Now that I'm finished rambling, we hope you all are doing well and look forward to catching up in blog form- that is if  you haven't disowned us due to our LONG absence!
